AoyamaTreehouse Members Space has opened exclusively to the public this summer to enjoy Tokyo’s first Farm-to-Table weekend brunch experience. The space, including our restaurant Arbor, has been designed to be Tokyo’s newest hotspot by world renowned interior designers, Roman and Williams. Our terrace, one of the largest al fresco dining spots in Tokyo, is a perfect place to relax with family & friends.

The menu has been designed to offer clients a choice of French inspired dishes, including succulent vegetarian and vegan options. The ingredients have been carefully locally sourced in Japan to offer the first Farm-to-Table brunch experience in Tokyo. The dishes can be accompanied by our original cocktail & mocktail selection, created to offer a combination of summer’s freshest & finest ingredients.

レストラン「Arbor」のブランチメニューは、入江シェフによるフレンチベースの素材を生かした料理を提供しており、さらにベジタリアンのかたでもお楽しみいただけるラインアップも用意しております。食材は日本各地よりシェフ自ら厳選し、「Farm to Table」をテーマにしております。料理と共にオリジナルのカクテルやモクテルをお試しいただければ、季節感溢れる、フレッシュで至福な組み合わせをお楽しみいただけます。

Chef Makoto Irie is from the beautiful lands of Hokkaido. His early training was under the famous chef Yutaka at the Queen Alice restaurant in Tokyo. He worked for numerous three-star restaurants in France for several years. He returned to Tokyo after being offered the opportunity to work as a Chef at Pierre Gagnaire, renowned for its 2 stars in the Micheline Guide. He opened his own restaurant in Omotesando to develop a new concept of “connection” to incorporate the essence of Japanese cuisine with the country’s local producers.

北海道生まれの入江誠シェフは、幼少期を大自然の中で過ごし、この時期に母親と一緒に料理を作ることの楽しさをおぼえました。料理の鉄人である石鍋裕の名店 西麻布『クイーン・アリス』で見習い、後単身フランスに渡り数々の三ッ星レストランで経験を重ね帰国後は青山『ピエール・ガニェール・ア・東京』で料理長に就任、ミシュランガイド東京で2ッ星を獲得しました。『レストラン・イリエ・ル・ジョワイユー』を立ち上げ、現在Treehouseにて『わかち合う』をコンセプトに全国の生産地に足を運び日本のエッセンスを取り入れた料理の開発に積極的に取り組んでいます。

Treehouse nurtures leadership and enhances collaboration through interactive programs by facilitating connectivity, expansion and creation.

Treehouse membership program features a design thinking based workshop developed by world renown creative agency SYPartners, guided Mindfitness sittings by the Zen abbott Masamichi Yamada and a diverse spectrum of events covering art, talks, workshops and more.

Cancelation policy: 3 days prior 50%, 2 days prior: 70%, Same day 100% charge. Please note that it may not always be possible for us to meet your seating requests.

If you fail to come within 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be cancelled unless changed.
